Lifetime Warranty

BridalKare International is the only wedding gown preservation company that offers a lifetime warranty.

The lifetime warranty is possible because of our exclusive 11 point cleaning and preservation process which includes sealing your gown in a beautiful windowed display box.

What does the warranty cover?

Your gown is warranted against damage from mildew, bacterial mold, light, and moth larva.  Since moisture and insect invasion are the two leading causes of gown destruction and deterioration our exclusive sealed display box prevents this from happening.

Other companies that allow you to open the display box and handle your gown exposes it damage.  First, the moisture that is in the air will get into the gown and can cause oxidation of the fabric.  Second , the dust, dirt and bacteria in the air can also get into the fabric of the gown and damage it.  Third, the oil from your hands can damage the fabric.  And fourth, if you do disrupt  your gown from it's display box or take it out it totally voids their guarantee.

What does the warranty not cover?

Beads, sequins and glued on items are not covered under the warranty.  Since we cannot control the materials or the quality of the materials used by the manufacturers for their beads, sequins or glue - yellowing or aging may occur over time - even when the gown has been properly preserved.

Inspecting Your Gown

We encourage you to inspect your wedding gown when it arrives.  This can be done by opening the shipping box, taking out the outer storage box and the inner display box.  Open the outer storage box.  Next take out the inner sealed display box.

The display box is the sealed box.  It has a large window which takes up most of the box for your inspection.  Your gown will be beautifully displayed on a bust form.  This holds the shape of the bust portion of the gown down below the waist.  You'll be able to see just how beautiful your gown was on that very special day.

On the side of the box there will be a list of any additional items stored in the box beneath your gown.

Any warranty is only as good as the company that stands behind it!
